I'm new to this site and I haven't read "Stretching Scientifically" but I've read "Relax into stretch" by Pavel Tsatsouline. I have one question concerning the flys: How can I add heavy weights to my feet? I have ankle weights but they are way too light and I can easily do 100 reps. I hope you guys can help me!

Hi,
The flys are done to strengthen your adductors to prepare you for isometrics.If you can do sets of 100 reps with ankle weights try to see if you can do isometrics without pain.
I konw quite a few people who dropped the flys once they were ready for full intensity isometrics and just rely on lunges/squats for overall leg strength.
