Thomas,
I read your column about using hindu squats to improve knee strength and functionality. Are you referring to the bodyweight squat performed up on the ball of the foot, or can these be done flatfooted as well?
In addition, if you can't do one set of over a hundred squats, how would you break them up? 2 sets of 50? 1 set of 75, one set of 25? As many as you can do, then rest a bit, then keep going with the short rest periods.

You can break them any way that suits you. You can also do them in one set, and in every workout add as many as you feel you can manage.
