I'm planning to make my debut into the world of Artistic Freestyle Forms at the ned of this year.
And with that thought in mind, I'm already starting to train my flexibility...
- But after studying many Freestyle-movies, I know that keeping your leg in the air for a longer time is a must...
So now my question is, how can I train my muscles to be able to hold my leg up??

This can make you scream!
1.Put your foot on a table about hip height,leg straight.
2.Raise your leg slowly as high as possible.Have a training partner quickly slide a book(about half inch to an inch thick) onto the table directly under your foot.
3.Slowly lower you leg to the book.This is your new start position.
4.Raise your leg again and have your training partner slide another book on top of the first one.
5.Lower you leg again.Keep repeating.
Eventually your leg will be so high that you won't even be able to lift it from the start position.
