Good advise, I will try to really warm up before I start on my stretching. I do jumping jack but lately that doesn't tired me anymore.

Thanks for replying, I have been doing it for about 3 months. I have seen improvement in the stretches but they haven't translated into higher kicks. I can do my stretches after leg weightlifting. I should anyway because the only time I get sore is Saturday and Sunday after my squats on Friday. For ...
