The answer is: do whatever number of sets and reps your body responds best to (see below). This will require some experimentation. I'd start on the low side. Situps, crunches etc.

In the secrets of strertching dvd it says to situps, crunhes, leg raises, back floor extensions etc. how many sets of reps shall i do for each one? did he say 100 reps in the dvd or am i wrong? i tried to do 100 situps the other day and cant barely pass 20 reps. do i have to do 100 or can i rest bet...

in secrets of stretching dvd thomas says running is acceptable. what about jogging at 10km/h? also what about rowing machines in the cardio section in the gym, can i use them? i usually jog for 10mins to get warmed up before the workout. is this ok or does it have to be done after to the end of the ...

i do the warm up on cycling before stretching. then after stretching i hit the weights.

in stretching i do 80% static stretches and 20% dynamic stretches. is this normal?

you say it is a warm-up...but a warm up for what? You say you cycle in a gym, therefore is this a warmup for a weights workout? or a stretching workout? hi, to get my body warm and sweaty before i do any activity i use the cycling machine at the gym. i cycle at medium resistance at constant 58-61 RPM for 15 mins non stop then after that i cycle gently with no resistance for 2:30 mins to get heart rate down. is this an ok warm up or do i incorporate ...
