No not for pulldowns but for attaching to the legs when practicing the front kick for example, as is shown on the dvd 'High Power Kicks No Warm Up'.

In order to work on my kicking I would like to get hold of some bungee cord. Does anybody know of a supplier in the UK as I am struggling to find anything?
