Anyone know anything about Neural stretching?

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in Scientific Stretching and I was wondering if it was a generally accepted part of physical training or not.

Any web sources for it?

Hi guys. My left hammy stretches considerably further than my right, and relaxes into the stretch much more quickly.
