symmetric abs
my abs are not symmetric and even though i've seen guys in magazines with the same "problem" (even Bruce Lee) i would like to know what is the reason of this and if there is any way to make them symmetric.

i' ve always heard that are some drills that work upper abs and others that work lower abs. i would like to know if that also is valid for lower back muscles or if, for example, doing back extensions on the bench is enough to work the "whole thing".
