are your muscles meant to tense. when doing front raises, my quads tense A LOT. it becomes very painful. the same can be said when doing side raises with my hips, and i do move my pelvis foward, i do that naturally when kciking to extent my reach. the only one im ok with is back leg raises. can anyo...

thanks again dragon, hopefully i get the book today and be able to have a go at it. what i do at the moment is basic exercises everyday squats, special pysio leg exericses (inner abductor strengtheners so the knees dont go inwards as they are now)push ups, leg raises, back extensions, ab crunches it...

i have yet again another question..do you do running and endurance weights on endurance days and likewise sprints and haevy weights on strenght days the other questons thats led on is will this all be explained in Stretching Scientifically book, so telling you do to abductor pulls etc etc, and advis...

in the sample workout, doing aerobic work one day after doing weights, isnt this quite risky in terms of overttraining? this may be easier question for Mr Kurz to answer as he designed the workout. otherwise it looks very nice..i do kickboxing friday and this will no doubt help having a look at poly...
