just go to your local hardware store and buy a pulley, and some rope that will fit in to its wheel. mount the pulley on anything really, a over head beam, tree limb ect, thread the rope through, attach wieghts to one end, make a loop with the other end. yes it is a life long practice, and one that for the most part is neglected. Danbor remember you only need to add 15 seconds per week, by friday try to stay in the stance for 2min 15sec, then next week use 2min 15sec, till friday then do 2min 30sec. Overstretch
I was browsing the web, and came across sites about overstretching, going beyond full splits. Have any of you guys tried these? I am thinking since I can do the full splits, possible working at these they all seem passive stretches. Anyway just do a google on overstretch and you will see what I mean...

I was just curious if you guys stretch while recovering from a weight training workout. I mean do you skip stretching if there is soreness, or just do relaxed stretches?

Zen I had this surgery many years ago, and did not get the mesh, I was young and my Dr didnt feel it was necsary.
