just go to your local hardware store and buy a pulley, and some rope that will fit in to its wheel. mount the pulley on anything really, a over head beam, tree limb ect, thread the rope through, attach wieghts to one end, make a loop with the other end. Danbor remember you only need to add 15 seconds per week, by friday try to stay in the stance for 2min 15sec, then next week use 2min 15sec, till friday then do 2min 30sec. really just start stretching dynamic and static and increase your stregth, also you can do push ups sit ups hindu sqauts, but I would just start TKD the class should get you in shape, and teach you what you need to know

Overstretch

I was browsing the web, and came across sites about overstretching, going beyond full splits. Have any of you guys tried these? I am thinking since I can do the full splits, possible working at these they all seem passive stretches. Anyway just do a google on overstretch and you will see what I mean...

Dragon is right, relaxed will take much longer to develop the splits, I used Isometrics, but now I also use relaxed when my legs are feeling tired or i just dont have the energy for Iso (long day at work ect), I usally do 3-4 days of Isometrics with relaxed thrown in ever so often.
