more or less is the same I wrote in the previus post...IT MUST BE ANOTHER TRICK...
I think the answer is to dedicate more time for 5 steps horse stance..

IT MUST BE ANOTHER TRICK

Hello, I have been practicing for almost 2 years: - adductor flys (now 100 reps no weight) - adductor pulldown (10 reps with 30 kg) - Hanging leg raise ( 10 reps) - and of course Isometric I admit i didn't follow the step by step procedures , but my ROM is still /°\ .... very far from a decent 160-1...

Hello mates two questions: - Reading (http://www.stadion.com/column_stretch4.html) I am not quite sure why is the front split that leads to the roundhouse kick and not the side split??. It make take a few sets but once you feel it going deeper increase the stance again. and the weight? Do you increase also the weight or you go deeper and keep the same weight? With normal squat you should lift as much as your body weight, but for sumo squat?? Last question: Normal squat----sumo squ...

So you will end up the full split with feet pointing outside, then how will you reach the Kurz's full side split??

Hi, the reason for my question is that I'm still struggling to achieve a full split... :? ,but also because some time is easier to do some squats, wide stance, at home.. :wink: ciao fro crazyboy: a wide stance squat will focus more on the adductors than normal squat, wider far more than shoulder-wid...
