I have been doing squats to splits for several months doing weighted 7 step squats and above head presses with a weight plate also in the 7 steps squat. OK, so you think I am doing to much ? I don't feel fatigued but I will cut it back a bit then and see how I go. Over the last 2 years I have had periods where I wasn't doing as much as I am now. I have been 15cm off a full side split for a long time now and am just really struggling to make further ...
