At the moment I am just trying to 'eat healthy' but I am finding that a struggle as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with that. I am trying to focus more on my body fat then my weight but I am getting a dissillusioned. Its hard because I eat no veggies :oops: Any helps or ideas would be greatly ...
