1) Isometrics should be tried after a 5 step deep squat is achieved ( I mean at its maximum depth) or meanwhile trying a 7 step and small tension isometrics? According to dvd Flexibility Express I have to deep-squat trying to sink deeper while putting the hips back and progressively squat to a wider stance (5 step-7 step). Hip flexor injury-strength

Hi everybody ! Do you know a good exercise to strengthen the hip flexor after a small injury? I want to strengthen it so much that It won't bother me in the future when I start more difficult exercises like deadlifts, good mornings, leg raises etc
