Thanks for the reply, Mark. I have backed way down on my expectations. I have recovered from my hamstring pull, but I haven't gotten back into my TKD workouts yet. I realized that I had bitten off more than I can chew right now. I need to get in better physical condition before I intensify my workou...

Thank you, Maam.
Would you mind replying to the original post. I have been too busy at work to draw up any plans, and the original poster was the one who was interested.
Thank you again.

Thanks for the concern and advice. My problem is more that I am having a hard time getting back into the swing of working out again! LOL! Rolling out of the sack in the morning has been extremely difficult lately.

Hindu Squats
Congratulations. I am on the repair from a hamstring pull. I'm at about 99% recovered, but I will be taking at least one more week off. Once I'm good again I will be hitting the hindu squats and push-ups (among other things!).

Dehydration
Yeah, I missed the part about Creatine in your first post. Not a bad idea to dump it and stay natural. My hammie is just about ready to start some light workouts. I am going to give it one more week. Good luck on your rehab. Take it slow and easy!

I'm pretty busy right now, but when I get a few minutes I will try to work up some plans for you. How high would you like the break height? Do you know the dimensions of the standard wood and bricks used for breaking? This info would be very helpful.

Hamstring
As someone who is currently recovering from a left hamstring pull, I can "literally" feel your pain. I have heard this theory, and I think I believe it. On the day of my hamstring pull (before TKD class) I was helping out with my son's baseball team. Ordinarily I try to drink a lot of water, but I h...

How does this look?
I am currently recovering from an injury, and in the planning stages for after my complete recovery. I am trying to develop a decent training schedule that works around my TKD training (I should say WITH my TKD training). Most of my TKD workouts have a combination of Technique and Endurance training...

If you have a picture of what you are thinking about, I don't think it would be that difficult to draw up some plans for you. I have never seen what you are talking about.
