Help with workout plan
I have started training my self in Shaolin wushu a art were the splits is one of the main movements in many forms. My training so far is 45 minutes of dynamic stretching/range of motion training and 1 hour and 15 minutes of wushu training. I do this 3 times a week on mondays, wednesdays and fridays....
