Jogging

Hi!

Can anybody give me any idea about jogging time. Where can we fit jogging in our routine if we are doing leg raises in the morning and workout in evening?

My back problem is old but if i do leg raises and back stretches, the pain increases. That's why i don't want to do dynamic stretches at the moment and focus of strength.

Upper Back pain after exercise

Hi! Whenever i stretch my back i feel pain in my upper back and on my lower ribs but mostly left rib. My doctor took X-Ray of my back and said that i have severe muscle spams. She gave me medicines but they are not working and giving me other problems like stomach upset. I don't want to take medicin...

no i don't think i am doing it wrong but i do have problems with my back and leg muscles. That's why i first need to make my back and leg muscles strong then start stretching.

Secondly, i think i have to change my doctor too becasue she gave me medicine that caused many side effects.

Yes i mean static and passive too. What is your opinion? I don't want to skip leg raises but after leg raises when i walk, my thighs touch eath other. Is it normal or abnormal?

Yes you are right. I am no more strong enough to do isometric training or even leg raises in the morning becasue my adductor muscles get sore even after leg raises. My lower back has also become very week. So should i skip all the stretching exercises including leg raises and start with only strengh...
