If I'm stretching warm once a day already, is the cold stretch additive or synergistic in it's effect? (this is what I meant).

Does stretching cold, when you don't have time to warm up (say, 5 minutes in the morning) yield benefit? Or do all gains in flexibility only come when warm?

Nose-and-toes is a bit difficult for me, but if I hold my arms out I hold the bottom of a deep squat fine. Should I start with kettlebell front squats?
