Can I perform isometric stretching everyday? I heard you can only do them every second day, so on every second day, I do relaxed stretching, however, I feel they don't help me at all. Chosing a good quality skipping rope

Hello, I need a new skipping rope and was wondering if any of you knew what type of skipping rope is the best quality, most long lasting? Because I had a threaded ropey one and it frayed fairly quickly. I train at home so I am forced to skip on grass or concrete which I suppose damages the rope fast...
