bicycle!! Rollerblades??

In Kurzs book and dvd - the bicycle - is not good for your flexibility because of the muscles in legs dont have full range of motion...

But how about rollerblades??
can you run with rollerblades without having a negative impact on flexibility??

Now Improving!!!! :-)

I was totally new to stretching! And I have before written here, that i was not improving! But now, since i am going slowly, I am improving big time!!!(slowly but good :-).. I do "only" squats 2-3 times a week, followed with isometric!! (but Iam feeling i have to work my lower back too, very soon......

Thank you for your quick response Mr. Thomas Kurz and for you sharing your expertize. yes i have begun doing the stance a month and a half on days I dont do weight lifting for legs.. how about pushing myself in last sets, over the pain limit... or should i only go to the most comftable maximum.. and...
