really intrested in this as i currently do not feel fit enough to use running as my main traiing method. i like tocycle around 45mins each day. will this have a really huge impact on my muscles or would it be manageable?

I am not sure where plyometrics fit into the weekly training cycle. I know such exercises should be treated as strength exercises, so does this mean they should be done on strength training days?
