Position of Supporting Foot in Roundhouse kick
I was working on my roundhouse Kick last night experimenting with a few foot positions after watching the Power High Kick Video from Stadion. I have always struggled with the height of this kick but realised last night that I have probably been overturning my hips all these years - worrying too much...

I seriously doubt that kicking with a cord will do much improvement. Just a marketing hype. "Hey, I got something new out there, buy it, it will help you" have you actually tried them?? I doubt it. They are very good for improving the strength/power of your kicks because they provide resistance thr...

I would be interested to hear if anyone has started dynamic stretches with average or even poor static flexiblity yet still seen vast improvement. I was under the impression that you can only attain dynamic flexibility within your current static range of motion. I have however heard from some people...

Wynnema, nevertheless I gave a wrong advice. If I think better, I didn't gave an advice, I just said what I am doing, my program. But a wrong advice must be pointed out. And yes, I do most of times the isometrics without any warmups. And it has worked for me well. maybe so, but it can be done polit...
