Mail Orders
To order by mail please PRINT your name, address, and your phone number. Be sure to write which product you want and include your check or a money order in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U. S. bank. We will process your order at the latest within 48 hours of receiving it. Orders from USA are usually delivered within 4 business days.
Shipping and Handling
Books
For books shipped to U.S.A. addresses shipping and handling is $10.00 for the first book and $3.00 for each additional book (same title or a mix of titles).
For all foreign orders (including Mexico and Canada) shipping and handling is $24.00 for the first book and $4.00 for each additional book.
DVDs
DVDs are shipped free to the U.S. addresses. For all foreign orders (including Mexico and Canada) shipping and handling is $13.00 for the first DVD and $3.00 for each additional DVD.
We ship all domestic orders by Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
We ship all foreign orders by Air Mail.
Priority Mail or First Class Mail from VT to anywhere in U.S.A. usually takes up to 4 business days.
Air Mail from U.S.A. to Canada takes 7-14 business days.
Air Mail from U.S.A. to other countries takes 2-3 weeks.
For foreign orders, please note that upon delivery, you are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your government. We recommend that you find out at your customs office what those charges are before you place your order.
