Learn everything there is to know about kicks: fundamentals, footwork, drills, developing power, and technical tips for power and great height with no warm-up. See proven sequences of exercises that develop all these kicks:

Knee kick || Front kick || Side kick || Back kick
Roundhouse kick || Crescent kick || Hook kick

Learn different ways of doing these kicks: with lead leg and rear leg, head-on and spinning. Mac teaches kicks in the order you should learn them—from easy to difficult, from head-on to spinning. You will know:
  • How to throw powerful high kicks with no warm-up
  • How to put more impressive power and snap in your high kicks
  • How to kick “cold” without injuring yourself, pulling muscles, or even getting sore

Learn from the best! Mac Mierzejewski is a full-contact karate fighter and instructor. Mac has taught and coached many winners of European and Canadian Full-contact Karate Championships. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Sports Medicine (AWF—University School of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland) and a M.Sc. degree in Physical Therapy (University of Alberta, Canada). At AWF in Warsaw he completed two additional two-year university courses for karate instructors and boxing instructors. Until 2000 Mac taught karate at the Edmonton Kyokushin Karate Club in Edmonton, Alberta. He has won several major full-contact karate contests himself.

He won most of his fights with kick knockouts (see them on the video).

“This tape was very good, and in my opinion, would be an excellent choice for the beginning or intermediate student. It was packed with over 60 kicking exercises.

“I was extremely impressed with Mac's ability. Not only did he impressively perform all the various exercises on this video, but [he] also included numerous excerpts of footage from several full contact tournaments he fought in and won. He definitely looked to be `the real deal.'

“If you're looking for a tape on kicking, and you're a beginning or intermediate student, this could be the tape you've been looking for.”
