Post questions and tips on developing strength-endurance or muscular endurance.
I understand that doing hindu push-ups is a great strength-endurance exercise for not only the chest muscles, but also for the shoulder muscles. However, do hindu push-ups also work the lats too? If not, then what can I do for strength-endurance conditioning of my lats as a beginner during the sequence of Conditioning Exercises for Fighters and Martial Artists in Long-Term Training and in a Single Workout?
