Is there any place in a soccer warm up for static stretching?
I say no there isnt. However other coaches say that static stretching has to be included and anyway they say that there is not enough evidence to say that dynamic stretching is the most effective method, they say that both should be used in the warm up both in training and in matches.
Is there anything that can help to change this view. Comments will be most appreciated.
