Stadion's new product and a question on periodization

We are sending to you this information because you have subscribed
to Stadion Publishing Company's e-mail list.

First, the new product:

Gold Medal Mental Workout, the best step-by-step program of mental
exercises proven in Olympics and World Championships, is now
available on just one CD. This CD includes the GMMW book in Adobe
Acrobat format and recordings of 12 exercises, in both mp3 and m4a
(iPod) formats. Readers may download them to a portable player or
burn them onto a CD.

This program was designed by Dariusz Nowicki, world-renowned East
European sports psychologist of Olympic Teams.

Using this program you will learn how to:

* Get rid of doubts and fears

* Face every opponent with confidence, dominating the fight

* Boost your energy level, mental alertness, and concentration

* Rid yourself of tension, reduce your stress level, sleep better,
and rest faster
after heavy workouts

* Feel at home and at ease in any competition hall

You can learn more about this version of GMMW at

Now the question on periodization of training, posted a few days
